Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy is a purpose filled organization that is dedicated to educating business owners, administrators, secretaries and event managers as well as persons who desire to start or own their own business or to be in the Secretarial or event management field.

Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy offers training to adults students in their chosen field and offers them the opportunity to gain a recognized certificate. There is something for everyone at the Academy; for those who just want a short refresher course, there are the 12- week certificate courses and for those who need a deeper more in-depth course of study, there is the 9-month diploma, which is offered in three 3-month sessions.

Some students opt to pursue their Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with the Academy, which is registered with the Government’s Accreditation Department. This wide range of course lengths and intensity means that each student can personalize their training modules with the option to go further at any given time.

Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy offers programs of study in the Secretarial field, Small Business Management, Event management, Business Leadership/Supervisory Management, Entrepreneurship and Computer courses.

For any of these a student may choose to pursue 12-week certificate, 9-month diploma, 18- month Associate Degree or a 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s Degree.

Other complimentary courses are offered to ensure that students may major in an area but may also edify themselves in any of the following short course areas; Public Speaking, Business English/Business Grammar, Customer Service, Public Relations, Global Marketing, Shorthand, Minute taking, Financial Management, Basic Accounts for Business, Kingdom Business Principles (Business principles based on the Bible).

From January 2009 Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy will also be expanding its curriculum to include a modern Bible school annex.

All persons who are currently in business and either studied a long time ago and need a refresher as well as an update in current strategies; those who have a dream about starting their own business and need assistance with the starting up process and those who believe that they would benefit from the Small Business Management or Entrepreneurial program; those who are in Administration or Secretarial fields or those with a desire to be in that field.

All of the courses at Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy are based on the Bible and while students will benefit from Business principles shared at other institutions, they will have the added bonus of receiving a biblical instruction, which has proven to be a blessing to students from all walks of life. While all of the tutors are qualified in their respective fields with a Doctorate being the highest qualification, they are all dedicated to God and are available to share the Word of God and its application to the subject upon demand.

While this exciting new Academy, which was birthed through the Word of God in 2006, is a Christian organization, with Christian tutors, it is open to the general public and has a student body comprising of all persons who are benefitting greatly from their programs.

Employers have been sponsoring their workers, churches have been sponsoring their members, parents have been enrolling their children who have completed their secondary school life and persons with a vision have been enrolling to improve their standard of living, increase the success of their business and to become certified in their chosen field.

Classes are an exciting blend of training plus Ministry. Teaching methods include, but are not limited to, guest facilitators, practical application, continuous assessments, quizzes plus more. The Administrative Board of Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy recognizes that persons learn and absorb information through a variety of teaching strategies and aim to employ as many as are needed to keep classes beneficial and exciting as students retain information and apply to their specific and individual circumstances.

Class sizes are restricted to a certain number of students per class so that there are more personalized tutoring sessions for each student and students are comfortable enough with their class-mates and tutors to have free interactions within the classroom.

As stated before the curriculum of the Academy is extensive and detailed for all subject areas and students are also enlightened about the Biblical aspect to each subject area. The 12-week certificate courses are $475, while the computer courses are $500 and include all required course materials. Diplomas, Associate and Bachelor Degrees can be paid for on a term by term basis and even each 12-week term can be paid for in instalments. The Management of Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy have introduced these awesome payment options to allow as many persons that would like access to these teachings to be able to afford it.

Scholarships are also offered to some students who are in need as well as to those who excel within specific fields.

Out of this God-birthed vision, Faith Business & Entrepreneurial Academy, came a radio program that is designed to empower business persons who can’t make it into the classroom or who are awaiting an opportunity to enrol in classes. Business Success, the King’s way airs on Gospel 97.5FM every Friday morning at 10am.

Every week, new studio guests are invited to share on various aspects of business success, the King’s way, that is, business success as directed by the King of Kings (Jesus Christ).

Another Unique feature with course registration is that courses are offered in streams which means that after the Academy term officially starts the 1^st week of September then other streams of that course may be offered at other times during the year if demand requires it. (An example Secretarial course is very highly demanded at the Institution so sometimes there are three separate streams of Secretarial classes being conducted at the same time for the same level class on different days.

This means that if the timetable day is not good for a student they may contact the Academy to register for a different stream for which classes may be held on different days.
